Parade Participants Line-up is on West State St.  Start of the Parade is at Eureka and Citrus traveling east on Citrus to 9th St., then West on East State St. to Orange and North on Orange to Stuart where the parade ends.   For Line up: Enter West State St. at Center {Texas Jct} and proceed toward First Street.
